Pricing is based on a defined set of deliverables, functionality and responsibilities.
Understandable prices. And clear rules when a project evolves.
This page brings together our starting prices, maintenance plans, intervention rates and the commercial rules behind quotes, feedback, revisions and scope changes.
Price follows scope, not a magic formula.
We try to make costs predictable before work starts. When the work changes, we simply distinguish between a correction, a revision and a new requirement.
Included revisions concern the agreed work. Adding a new requirement is not a revision.
When a request exceeds scope, we flag and estimate its impact before continuing.
Price follows the actual work: complexity, volume, integrations, timing and responsibility.
Clear starting points for web projects.
Pricing mainly depends on site size, design depth, content, integrations and required functionality.

Hourly pricing when work falls outside a package.
These rates apply to one-off interventions or work exceeding the hours included in a maintenance contract.
For scheduled work not covered by an active maintenance plan.
For hours exceeding the monthly allowance of an active maintenance plan.
Applies when we confirm that a request can be prioritised as urgent.
What belongs to routine maintenance — and what becomes new scope.
Covered by maintenance hours
- Minor display, responsive or CSS corrections
- Text, image, document and content replacements
- Form, plugin, redirect or configuration adjustments
- Resolution of small bugs and technical issues
- Small improvements to existing functionality
Estimated separately
- New pages or substantial visual redesign
- New features or custom modules
- Complex APIs, e-commerce or automation integrations
- Full migration, rebuild or major architecture change
- Diagnosis or repair requiring a substantial intervention
Included hours apply only to the site or project covered by the plan.
Unused hours do not automatically roll over into the following month.
Requests exceeding the included allowance are billed at the applicable additional-hour rate.
Licences, subscriptions, hosting, domains and third-party services are excluded unless explicitly stated.
Response times are indicative handling targets rather than guaranteed resolution times.
Third-party-built websites may require an initial technical audit.
The rules behind our prices, quotes and scope changes.
The goal is simple: both sides should understand what is included, what counts as normal feedback and when a request becomes additional work.
This page describes our general commercial pricing policy. An accepted quote, purchase order or contract may specify project-specific terms that take precedence.
Scope, estimates and quotes
A quote is built around the scope known when the estimate is prepared.
- Starting prices shown on the website are indicative and are not final project quotes.
- The quote identifies the deliverables, functionality, services and assumptions used to establish the price.
- When requirements are still uncertain, we may propose a discovery phase or limited initial scope before estimating later work.
- An estimate may be adjusted when significant information unavailable at quotation materially changes the work required.
- The accepted quote is the primary reference for the billed scope.
Corrections, revisions and new requirements
We deliberately distinguish three things that are often confused.
For example, a bug introduced by our work, an implementation that does not match an approved design, or an integration error on our side. Corrections are not treated as creative revision rounds.
For example, refining wording, colour, positioning or composition without changing the objective or underlying structure.
For example, an additional page, feature, integration, language, creative direction or substantial reopening of work that was already approved.
- Where relevant, the included number of revision rounds is stated in the quote or proposal.
- Feedback for each round should ideally be consolidated to avoid contradictory or fragmented requests.
- Once a stage has been explicitly approved, substantial reworking of that stage may require a new estimate.
- A completely new creative direction is not considered a simple revision.
- Corrections required to meet the agreed scope remain distinct from preference-driven changes.
Additional requests and scope changes
Projects naturally evolve. The important distinction is whether the new request was part of the original scope.
- Additional work is flagged when it requires effort or responsibility not included in the quote.
- Depending on size, it may be billed hourly, added through a quote amendment or quoted as a separate project.
- We aim to communicate the budget impact before starting additional work.
- A scope change may also affect the original delivery schedule.
- Replacing substantial work that was already completed and approved may include the time required to redo that work.
Payment and project start
Payment reserves production capacity and supports a realistic project schedule.
- Our standard structure is 50% at project start and 50% on delivery.
- Work generally begins after quote acceptance and receipt of the required deposit.
- Larger or longer projects may use milestone billing.
- The schedule may also depend on receiving required content, access, information and approvals.
- The payment terms stated on the relevant quote or invoice take precedence.
Content, feedback, approvals and delays
Our timeline also depends on information and approvals provided by the client.
- Required content, access credentials, documents and information should be supplied in time for the agreed schedule.
- Significant delays in content or approvals may move the expected delivery date.
- Where a project remains paused for an extended period, resumption may be scheduled according to current availability.
- Contradictory feedback from several stakeholders may need to be consolidated before work continues.
- Written approval of a stage allows us to treat that stage as approved for subsequent work.
Licences, hosting, advertising and third-party services
A development or service fee does not automatically include every external operating cost.
- Premium licences, SaaS tools, APIs, AI models, email platforms, paid plugins, fonts and other external services are separate unless explicitly included.
- Advertising and media budgets are separate from our service fees.
- Hosting, domains and email accounts are only included when explicitly listed in the offer.
- When we purchase a third-party service on the client's behalf, its cost and renewal model should be clearly identified.
- Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, prices, limits and future changes.
Urgent and priority work
Urgent requests may require us to move already scheduled work.
- A request is treated as urgent only after we confirm that we can prioritise it.
- Accepted urgent work is billed at €69 / h.
- Standard work outside a maintenance plan is €49 / h.
- Additional hours for an active maintenance client are €29 / h.
- Minimum hourly billing is 30 minutes.
- Priority handling does not guarantee immediate resolution where the cause depends on a third party or requires substantial investigation.
Maintenance plans
Included hours exist to maintain and adjust the current product, not to automatically fund new projects.
- Included hours apply to the project covered by the maintenance agreement.
- Unused hours do not automatically roll over to the next month.
- Hours exceeding the package are billed at the applicable additional rate.
- Small corrections, content updates, settings and limited enhancements may use included hours.
- New features, substantial redesigns, complex pages, migrations and large integrations are estimated separately.
- Package response times are indicative and depend on the nature and severity of the problem.
- An initial audit may be required before accepting maintenance of a third-party-built project.
Project pauses, postponements and cancellation
Interrupting a project can affect the original schedule and reserved availability.
- Where a project is paused at the client's request, resumption may be scheduled according to current team availability.
- Work already completed remains part of the project billing.
- External costs already committed remain payable where the relevant provider cannot cancel or refund them.
- Any specific cancellation or refund terms are those stated in the relevant quote or contract.
Delivery, corrections and post-launch work
Delivery completes the agreed scope but does not automatically create an ongoing maintenance agreement.
- Issues directly related to the delivered work and agreed scope are treated as corrections rather than new requests.
- New requests after delivery are assessed according to their nature: correction, hourly intervention, maintenance or new scope.
- Maintenance is included only when explicitly stated in the offer.
- The handover of files, access, code or other deliverables follows the terms of the project.
- Third-party elements remain governed by their respective licences and rights.
Currency, taxes and price validity
The website provides commercial guidance; the quote defines the financial terms of the actual project.
- Website prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
- Any applicable taxes are specified on the relevant billing documents according to the applicable situation.
- Quote validity is the period stated on the quote itself.
- Public website prices may change over time without changing quotes that have already been accepted.
- Where a service is billed in another currency, the relevant terms are stated in the corresponding quote.
That is exactly what a quote is for.
Tell us what you want to achieve. We can then explain what is necessary, what is optional and how the budget can be structured.
